Water sealed gate valves are suitable for use as opening and closing devices on pipelines with nominal pressure ≤ 10.0MPa, working temperature ≤ 425 ℃, and working media of water, steam, oil fields, and non corrosive gases. They are particularly suitable for vacuum condensation systems of steam turbines in thermal power plants.
The structural ourphpacteristics and applications of water sealed gate valves:
1. The valve cover packing chamber of this product has a water sealed structure. When water with a pressure of 0-1MPa is introduced into the interface, the system can be isolated from the atmosphere, ensuring good air tightness of the system.
2. The DS/Z series adopts dual gate bi-directional elastic sealing, which is flexible, fast, and reliable in opening and closing.
3. The product structure is simple, compact and reasonable, easy to maintain, and has a long service life
4. When using an opening and closing device on a pipeline, it must be in a fully open or partially open state and must not be used to regulate flow.
5. The valve connection forms are divided into flange and welding, and the driving methods are manual and electric.
